Capital Campaign Update
Urban Community School completed its $16 million capital campaign goal in early 2007.

Through the generosity of the schools supporters, the dream of a new school building became a reality. As did the dream of providing more children on Cleveland's Near West Side with a quality education.

The success of the campaign, the construction project and the opening of the new facility is a testimonial to the dedication of the UCS Board of Trustees and the Capital Campaign Committee. These individuals contributed nearly sixty percent of the $16,000,206.

With a final push by the UCS Board of Trustees, the campaign was actually completed by the faculty and staff of UCS.

UCS extends a most heartfelt thank you to everyone who has helped the school reach the $16M goal.
