Summer Acting Program
When: July 8th - August 2nd
Cost: Free
Details: C.A.N. (Cleveland Act Now) Academy is an intensive performing arts program at Cleveland Public Theatre. C.A.N. is a challenging (and fun!) theatre training program. Young artists learn acting fundamentals, storytelling techniques, and play creation. Under the dedicated guidance of the Cleveland Public Theatre Teaching Artists, young artists work on scripted plays and develop their own theatrical works while receiving arts instruction.

The Ohio Governor’s Imagination Library is starting a new chapter in early childhood literacy in Cuyahoga County. Through their partnership with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, every child in Cuyahoga County ages birth through five years old can enroll to receive a free book every month.

La biblioteca imaginaria de la oficina del gobernador de Ohio está empezando una nueva iniciativa en la literatura para la educación temprana en el condado de Cuyahoga. Con la colaboración de la biblioteca imaginaria de Dolly Parton, cada niño(a) entre las edades desde el nacimiento hasta cinco años de edad que resida en el condado de Cuyahoga puede inscribirse para recibir un libro gratis cada mes.
